If you are a new user and do not have a licence key choose the FREE licence. Enter a username and password. Your RSA public and private keys will be generated by PTP and will be based on your choice of username and password. Therefore we recommend that you choose a username and password which you can stick with and not change unless you suspect it has been compromised in some way, eg you wrote it down and someone has seen it. The rules for good password security are don't write it down and never speak it.
